The Board is a collegial governing body of LLY. Its members, together with the President, represent the organization and make the key decisions. The Board submits draft decisions within its competence for the Assembly to consider and approve, initiates, approves, and oversees the implementation of projects, establishes committees and regulates their activities, makes decisions about establishing or joining other legal entities, and decides on the creation and abolishment of branches.
