The President is the sole governing body. They are also the President of the Board. The President is elected during the Assembly for a two-year term. Together with the Board, they are responsible for organizing LLY activities and achieving its goals. They act on behalf of LLY when concluding transactions and represent LLY in court, governmental and administrative institutions, other national and international organisations and in relations with other natural and legal persons. They are also responsible for the accounting and management of LLY funds.
