The Control Committee is a collegial control body that consists of 3 individuals. It inspects the legality and appropriateness of LLY and its governing bodies’ activities, oversees the economic and financial activities of LLY, resolves internal disagreements, submits annual activity reports to the Assembly, and provides conclusions on the annual activity report or set of financial statements.
